Cameraless Landscapes

Join us in creating abstract landscapes without a camera! Using darkroom chemistry and various painting techniques, create a unique one-of-a-kind landscape without the use of a camera. You will be shown how to organize objects on light sensitive paper, use an enlarger in the darkroom to expose those objects, and how to paint darkroom chemistry on the paper to achieve various tones. Some techniques you will learn include dipping, spraying, dripping, and brushing darkroom chemistry, as well as the different effects you can achieve with different darkroom chemicals. No camera required!
