Explore various aspects of photographing at twilight and at night. Using a digital SLR or film camera, students will shoot outdoors as a group at various locations. Topics will include use of filters, tripod, cable release, how to calculate exposures using a hand-held light meter, use of flash and other light sources for fill and special effects, and various compositional aspects of shooting after dark. Work will be shared at the last class. Required: Working knowledge of your Digital or Film SLR, or mirrorless camera.
