Michael Latragna
Biography
Michael Latragna was born and raised in New York state in Monroe County. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in photography from The College at Brockport, State University of New York. He is currently working on a Master’s degree in Visual Studies at Visual Studies Workshop. Michael works with various hands-on processes and mediums. His preferred method is lumen printing, the process of exposing darkroom paper to sun light with various objects placed on top as a photogram. He has been experimenting using various light sources and materials in contact printing.
