1 Are allergens noted?

Yes! All chilis will have a card with potential allergens listed.

2 What are the categories I can vote for?

Meatiest, Best Veggie, Hottest, Best Non-Traditional, and Best Over All.

3 What does the winning restaurant receive?

Bragging rights! We also give each winner a framed certificate, ready to hang in their restaurant.

4 Who are the judges?

They bring the heat. We bring the bowls. YOU be the judge!

5 How many bowls are made each year?

Each year we strive to make 250 - 300 bowls, so there are always plenty of choices!

6 Who makes the bowls?

The bowls are made by our ceramic community of students, studio artists, and staff, and donated to the fundraiser. Each year our Artists-in-Residence design special chilli bowls in their signature style for the event. It's their way of giving back to the studio!

7 Are the bowls dishwasher safe?

Yes! All our bowls are dishwasher, microwave, and food-safe.

Tickets to the Chili Cook-off are non-refundable. Alcoholic beverages only provided to those 21+ with proper ID.
