Lumen Printing & Phytograms in the Garden
Discover the possibilities of camera-less photography and botanical printing processes in the garden. Students will meet at the Hamilton Street ‘Victory’ Garden to create lumen and phytograms outdoors with plants harvested in the photo garden. Learn how to create botanical prints on darkroom paper, still film, and cinematic film by harnessing plant phenols and their reaction to non-toxic chemistry.
Please bring 1-2 rolls of unexposed still film or cinematic film (can be expired).
Darkroom Photo paper will be provided.
