Ceramics Studio Manager


JOB SUMMARY:

The ceramics studio manager maintains a busy production facility with 500+ students per year and 150+ connected artists who rent space. The duties include ordering supplies for clay and glaze materials, overseeing safety and cleaning the space, reclaiming clay, firing kilns, repairing equipment, maintaining inventories, and coordinating with our artist-in-residence.


HOURS: Full-time, 40 per week

Ceramics Youth Teaching Artist/Studio Tech

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for planning and implementing youth programs for ages 6 - 18. This includes classes, summer camps, custom programs, and the summer High School Residency. Applicants should expect to teach adult classes as needed. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Studio Manager with tasks like loading kilns, reclaiming clay, mixing glazes, and maintaining a clean and safe studio environment.

Studio Manager: Printmaking & Book Arts


JOB SUMMARY:

Assist the Printmaking & Book Arts Director in maintaining the studio environment, specifically letterpress, papermaking, screen printing, bookbinding, printmaking, and Risograph studios.
