Discover Cyanotype

This class introduces students to the cyanotype process, an alternative photographic method that uses basic chemistry and UV light to create stunning blue images.

Participants will learn to prepare cyanotype solutions, expose photograms, and produce photographic prints using digital negatives. Instruction will include the use of both natural sunlight and artificial UV light sources for exposure, as well as guidance on paper selection, processing, and techniques such as bleaching and toning to modify color and contrast.

$10 included for materials. No prior experience is required.
