Digital Ink: 21st Century Letterpress

Bring your digital design project to life in letterpress! In this class, you will learn how to translate your vision from pixels to print using Adobe Illustrator. Learn how to design, order (plates are made at Boxcar Press in Syracuse), and print successful polymer plates on our Vandercook presses. This class is designed for students to learn the basics of the polymer plate process and participants will leave class having designed and printed an edition of greeting cards, postcards, or book plates.

No previous Illustrator experience is required.
