Encaustic Monotype & Collage
Encaustic is beeswax based paint used with heat. In this session we will learn the art of Encaustic Monotypes and how to imbed paper and natural materials in wax. Create encaustic monotypes by drawing a design on heated griddles and printing plates to make a print with rice paper, then we will take our monotypes and collage with other paper and natural materials.
All materials provided.
