Learn to Use Your Flash/ Speedlight

As photographers, we need to understand light. We can also learn to control a light source in creating dramatic images. A Speedlight/hot shoe flash (on & off camera) is often a readily accessible gear. In this class, we'll examine students' flash units, view lighting examples, and discuss how each student can create various lighting effects with their equipment.

Students should arrive in class with a camera (with a hot-shoe), SD card & flash. Don't forget to bring charged batteries! If you have triggers or modifiers, they are welcome. This class is a wonderful follow-up to Intro to Digital Photography!
