Intro to Photoshop

Learn the fundamentals of Adobe Photoshop CS, including essential tools such as Move, Crop, Marquee, Rubber Stamp, and Paint Bucket, as well as key functions like Exposure, Brightness/Contrast, and Color Balance. You will also explore Navigator, History, and Layers to gain full control over your images and editing process. This class will prepare you to use Photoshop as a digital darkroom, giving you the skills to consistently and confidently edit photographic images for both print and digital distribution.

Included: Access to the digital lab outside of class hours for the duration of your session (with studio reservation).

Required: Basic computer skills.

This class uses Macintosh computers. If you have a laptop (windows or mac), you are welcome to bring it and use our guest wifi.
