Japanese Stab Bindings have a rich, formal tradition that has developed over hundreds of years. These bindings are commonly characterized as having decorative stitching at the spine. In this workshop, students will learn three variations of the Japanese stab binding: the four-hole (Yotsume Toji), tortoiseshell (Kikko Toji), and noble (Koki Toji). All materials provided. Included: $10 materials fee.
