Explore various aspects of photographing at twilight and at night!

Learn techniques for making images after dark, including the use of filters, a tripod, cable release, and the camera’s self-timer. Learn how to calculate long exposures using a hand-held light meter and use various light sources to fill shadows and create special effects. We will discuss ISO, exposure, noise issues, composition, and other considerations when shooting after dark. A supportive work-share will be held during the last class.
