Learn how to develop black and white film using plant-based developer, a non-toxic alternative to traditional film developer. The workshop will cover the process from start to finish, how to select or grow plants, extract plant phenols, mix and store developer, and process black and white film. Students will learn how to establish more eco-friendly methods that connect photography to the natural world, including ethical foraging best practices and the creation of a sustainable photo garden.

Bring 1 roll of exposed 35 mm or 120 mm black and white film.
