In this introductory course, students will learn printmaking's history, science, and possibilities through demonstrations and hands-on projects. Participants will experience a variety of printmaking techniques, including monotypes, collographs, relief printing, and drypoint etching. No experience is required. This class is a great way to discover the vast scope of the ancient art of printmaking before committing to a singular technique. Included: $20 materials fee.
