During this week-long class teens will have an amazing opportunity to learn the fundamentals of photography from the camera to the darkroom to printing! Students will learn how to use a 35 mm FILM camera and understand f-stops, shutter speeds, ISO, and proper exposure. They will learn how to process film and make their own black-and-white prints at the only community darkroom in Rochester! If you have a film camera, please bring it to class or request the use of one of ours (cc# held for security deposit). Supplies needed: Film and paper. An Ilford Film and Paper Starter Pack (25 sheets of 8 x 10 paper and 2 rolls of HP5 film) can be purchased through us at checkout when you register for the class or you can provide your own.
