Discover the art of etching on repurposed Tetra Pak in this hands-on workshop! Tetra Pak, an often wish-cycled material used for food packaging, offers a unique surface for drypoint etching. In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of drypoint etching—carving your designs into the Tetra Pak, then using it as a printing plate to transfer your image onto paper.
This creative process allows you to explore line, texture, and an easy introduction to intaglio techniques while giving new life to a material not often recycled in Monroe County. No experience necessary!
All materials provided.
Included: $10 materials fee.
