Technical Throwing and Texture - A Mini Boot Camp for Ceramicists
Let's get those throwing skills in shape. Jon from Queen City Clay will cover ways of throwing efficiently and show how to get past the typical frustration points people experience on the wheel. As a group, we will learn to throw taller, thinner, and with more control. Texture will also be explored by applying stamps and shaping forms on the wheel. Clay and tools will be provided; one piece will be bisque-fired free of charge.
