2026 Friends of the Press Calendar

Our 2026 FRIENDS OF THE PRESS CALENDAR is now for sale!

This calendar is a collaboration of over a dozen artists and friends of the Printmaking & Book Arts studios at Flower City Arts Center.

Local artists have produced this calendar for over ten years as an annual fundraiser for Printmaking & Book Arts studio programming. Each artwork in the calendar was printed in Rochester, NY using a variety of techniques including screen printing, letterpress, linocut, and Risograph.

The calendar is an edition of 250, with the first 50 signed by the artists in a Special Artist Edition. The Special Artist Edition also includes an embossed stamp on the cover.

The featured artists this year include Frances de Lyra Barker, Chris Charles (Moon Rabbit Press), Wyatt Cheatle, John Chichester, Elaine Cohen, Bill Dexter, Rachel Farley, Cronan Saint Ronan Kobylak (Crow & Fish Co.), Shelly Kuzniarek (French Press), Kat Patterson (ChimeraKat Studio), Maddy Posey (Posey Letterpress), Mitch Sanders, Roy Sowers, Alejandra Yuja Vaquiz, and Sally Wood Winslow. Colophon designed and printed by Mitch Cohen. Grids designed by Rachel Oatridge (Milo Nine Press) and printed by Ry-Gan Printing Inc.

To purchase the calendar, please use the Square link below. You will be given the option for local pickup or to have the calendar shipped directly to you. Should you choose to have the calendar shipped - please make sure to input your mailing address at checkout.

If you are a Rochester local, we encourage you to stop by Flower City Arts Center to purchase a calendar in-person in the Book Arts Studio (Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm and Saturdays, noon - 5pm). Calendars will also be for sale at Hedonist Artisan Ice Cream throughout the month of December.

This year, we are also offering a bulk discount. If you purchase 5 or more Standard Edition calendars (in one transaction), they will be $25 a piece. Bulk purchases must be made in person in the Book Arts Studio at 713 Monroe Ave.
