SHOW DESCRIPTION
Rocks are used as the building blocks of culture and society. Never to be moved, will never fall, will never turn to dust. They have been used for the most basic of needs, or have been used as expressions of love and loss.
I make photographs of rocks to show how humans have captured the strength of this natural resource. A natural object that has been used to express dominance, memorialize the dead or as a marker of time.
