Artist Talk: ChasingNirvanaClean

Photographer Simone Ochrym will talk about her project, ChasingNirvanaClean.

ChasingNirvanaClean is a photojournalism/storytelling project that focuses on people in recovery from addiction. The purpose of ChasingNirvanaClean is to explore the how and the why people enter and remain in long-term addiction recovery. The goals of the project are to reduce the stigma of addiction and recovery, to highlight addiction recovery methods, old and new, to promote that addiction recovery is attainable, and to use those who have achieved recovery as societal role models.

Donations will go to Studio 678 Youth Photography Program, ChasingNirvanaClean, & Find Your Path.
