Chili Cook-off Competition at Genesee Pottery! Pre-registration for all cooks: $25. Fee at the door: $20/each, $30/for two, $50/household. There will be prizes, competition and fun free bowl with admission! Contestants in the carnivore and herbivore categories will compete for prizes and bragging rights as they put their best chili forward. Exact recipes, along with any additions or subtractions must be strictly documented and avialiable for sharing. Chili judeges will be firemen from the Rochester Fire Department. Admission includes a handmade bowl, copies of the award-winning recipes, and unlimited samplings of chili, side dishes and beverages.
