Proceed and Be Bold! Documentary Trailer from 20K Films on Vimeo.
Letterpress printer and "Proceed and Be Bold" documentary subject Amos Paul Kennedy, Jr. is returning to "seriously impact Upstate New York".
Letterpress printing may not be well-known to the world, but hanging up your suit and tie to pursue a creative passion is something most people have dreamed about at one point or another. Amos did just that at the age of 40, trading in his computer and comfortable salary for a letter press... and the life of - what he calls - "a humble negro printer".
Get to know this provocative artist through a series of FREE movie screenings and talk backs, workshops, and poster exhibits. For more info on Amos visit Kennedy Prints.

Wilson Commons is right next to Rush Rhees Library (with the famous bell tower). The Commons has huge brick and glass walls: you can't miss it. The Gowen Room is a small lecture hall and theater on the second (ground) floor of the Commons. From the main lobby, cross the atrium and look for the black double-doors with white lettering.
