ROC the Day 2025

All day today until midnight, we’re participating in ROC the Day, a 24-hour online giving extravaganza powered by United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes. When you donate to our ROC the Day campaign at the link below, you will help support The Odyssey Project, a free 12-week workshop that benefits combat veterans and MST survivors through photography, writing, and community.

Led by photographer Brendan Bannon, the program includes a retreat followed by weekly meetings at Flower City Arts Center, where veterans can make connections, receive professional mentoring, and explore and explain their journey home from war. Each participant is issued a camera and their photos are shared in a final exhibition.
