Alexa Blanchard
2026 Ceramics Resident
Piombo (Alexa Piombo Blanchard) is a ceramicist from Cincinnati, Ohio, based in Rochester, New York. She is currently a ceramics resident at Flower City Arts Center. She holds a BFA from the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) with a minor in Spanish. Her work has been exhibited across Cincinnati at the Trish Martindell Gallery, Reed Gallery, and Tabula Rasa Gallery. In 2026, she received the Director's Choice Award for her thesis exhibition.
