Julia J. Wolfe
2022 Printmaking & Book Arts Resident
Julia J. Wolfe is a multidisciplinary artist based in Rochester, NY. She earned her M.F.A./M.A. from the University of Iowa and B.A. from Rhodes College, and she received a post-baccalaureate certificate from Brandeis University. Her work has been exhibited nationally and published in Studio Visit Magazine and New American Paintings. Through painting, drawing, printmaking, knitting, sculpture, writing, and installation, her practice reflects upon themes of childhood and times of innocence, alongside the shared human experience of growth.
