Cyanotypes - One Day Workshop: Online
Did you know you can make a photograph, from home, without a camera? The cyanotype process, also known as sun printing, is one of the ways how! In this class, Kylie Newcomer will guide you through a brief history of cyanotypes, how they work, and how to make something beautiful with the process! All ages welcome.
Included in price: $15 materials kit (1 sheet of plexiglass, 1 sheet of cardboard, 5 sheets of paper, 4 binder clips, 1 paint brush, hydrogen peroxide, emulsion-part a, and emulsion- part b). NOTE: Kit will be available for pickup at 713 Monroe Avenue, Rochester NY in the Photography and Digital Arts Office prior to class. Please come prepared with flat, found objects such as flowers, leaves or feathers.
