Digital Art for Teens for kids

Digital Art for Teens is the perfect introduction to both Photoshop and InDesign, in a fun, laid-back environment. Students will get the opportunity to design both their own poster as well as their own zine (a zine is most commonly a small circulation/ self-publication of original or appropriated texts and images). Students will guide their visions from their screen to print, on our in-house risograph printer (think of a risograph printer as a cross between screen printing and copy printing). Students will walk away from this class with an understanding of the basic tools of both Photoshop and InDeign as well as an edition of 10, 11”x17”, posters as well as an edition of 10, 5.5”x8.5”, zines.

Included: $15 materials fee. Completion of this class qualifies you to become a digital lab & risograph renter!
