Lumen Printing

Try the art of camera-less photography in this Lumen Printing class. You can create surprising, colorful images by placing objects onto light-sensitive photo paper and exposing them to UV light. In this class, you will learn basic lumen printing techniques and how to apply heat, cold, and chemistry to change the colors and effects you can achieve with your very own lumen prints. We will discuss fixing and digitizing images to share, preserve, alter, and advance the process. Lumen printing is a great way to use old, fogged, or expired photo paper!
