Lumen Printing

Try the art of camera-less photography in this Lumen Printing class. By placing objects onto light sensitive photo paper and exposing it to UV light, you can create surprising, colorful images. In this class, you will learn basic lumen printing techniques as well as how to apply heat, cold and chemistry to change the colors and effects you can achieve with your very own lumen prints. We will discuss fixing and digitizing images to share, preserve, alter and advance the process. Lumen printing is a great way to make use of old, fogged or expired photo paper!
